We contacted window depot after I saw their booth at a craft show earlier this year and they have all been super great to work with! Ryan was our salesman and he was really knowledgeable about the different windows and gave us some advice about which materials would work best to match our house style. He quoted us accurate prices to what our final cost ended up being and the ordering/ installation time frame followed what he said it'd be too. I got several texts from Sheri in the office with updates and scheduling arrangements, which was great and really convenient! She was on the ball! Sean and his crew came to install everything and they were really respectful in the house and had drop cloths laid down where they were working. Rory came out for a follow up to discuss warranty info and checked if I had any questions or issues with the installation that needed addressed. He was really courteous and helpful with the info he gave me. Everyone that I've met so far has been super personable and accommodating to our project. We'll definitely use them for future projects.

Very satisfied with the job I received from Tony and his team at Window Depot. Needed the aluminum trim replaced on a few of my windows but ended up getting all of the windows redone. Very fair price and they got to work the day after I got the estimate. They even fixed up some siding issues making it look very clean. They made it look like I got brand new windows again. I would definitely recommend!

My experience with window depot was nothing less than exceptional, everything from the initial consultation with Sean, to the installation process, which was earlier then expected, to the final follow up visit.
