Window Depot recently did an entry & storm door installation for a client in Westlake, OH. The Allison family were most impressed to see how well Window Depot-Cleveland was represented locally throughout NE Ohio. The wife, in particular, recalled seeing so many yard signs around the city and neighboring suburbs. To have so many other homes and families advertise how satisfied they were with WD’s products & services served as a testament and truly resonated with the Allison home. This served as a trigger to get the ball rolling with their own home improvement needs. Upon reaching out to WD, they were met with a great sense of enthusiasm and professionalism. The initial phone inquiry was followed by a very responsive sales meeting, in which the Allison’s described it as a “breath of fresh air”! The Allison family had several ideas coming into the project, but the salesmanship and design experience was exceptional and helped guide them through all of the choices and options that had once before stalled the renovations all together. Fast forward a couple of months and the Allisons enjoy having rich, phenomenal looking doors, but more so enjoy knowing they worked with terrific people along the way and are proud owners of their very own yard sign!
