The Stables at Arrowhead Lake is an historic lakeside home and guest cottage that has been converted into an elegant wedding and event venue, complete with a working farm and a 3,600 square foot barn. Window Depot of Cleveland recently installed replacement windows at The Stables at Arrowhead Lake. The owners of this unique, lakeside event space in the heart of Amish country desired making updates to the main banquet hall. The property sits on a beautiful small lake, with the main event space nestled right up to the shoreline, almost cantilevered over the water’s edge. The scene is beautiful in and of itself, but the property and it’s overall look had seen better days. The owners, Rob and Patti, were tired of the poor functionality and finicky screens. White the windows, more times than not, stay closed during receptions and banquets due to the humidity and bugs stemming from the lake, simply having windows that were able to open is important, and would surely enhance the event space. Patti called upon Window Depot Cleveland, having known one of the company’s expert Project Managers from a previous employment relationship. Right off the bat, Patti gravitated toward professional service and accommodation.
Transforming a wedding and event space with large, expansive new windows can completely revitalize the atmosphere and enhance the overall experience for guests and visitors. The tons of natural light that floods the room now during the mornings and afternoons eliminates the need for artificial lighting & makes the space feel much more of an inviting environment. With the lake being right outside each window for almost 270 degrees, each window transforms the space into an immersive experience where the scenery beyond the glass becomes part of the backdrop. That’s perfect for making the space feel like it’s a part of the outdoors!! Prior to Window Depot’s services, the broken seals and torn screens didn’t allow the space to warrant such beauty.
