Window Depot recently completed a job for a new client involving an entry door installation in Wadsworth, OH. The Komers are seasoned veterans in home improvement renovations, having built two homes, including their Wadsworth, OH, property which began approximately 20 years ago. This past Fall, they felt that with retirement approaching them from right around the corner, it was time to tackle some home improvements around the property. From his own account, John admittedly recalled putting WD’s Project Manager through the ringer, grilling question after grilling question. It was at this time, though, that John recalls being impressed. At no point did the Project Manager display or convey any negativity or ill feelings; the situation at times turned chaotic, but everyone throughout the company was top notch; super communicative, responsive, and easy going. Even with all of the logistical nightmares such as shipping and lead times, everything was navigated and handled extremely well by the entire staff servicing the project.
John and Debbie, today, are proud owners of what they feel is a statement piece, a true feature to their home. The attention to detail is marvelous. Not only the door and accessories, but how the calming of the sidelites and transom tie into the existing features of the kitchen windows is extraordinary. It’s like they were installed at the same time! The entry door combination unit looks rich, and it’s hard to believe that it’s not real wood! But more than the rich look and feel, it’s warm and inviting, key characteristics the Komer’s were seeking in the project.
