Window Depot recently completed a slider window replacement North Olmsted, OH. We met Chelsea and Adam Delestathis, from North Olmsted, after following up with a nearby installation for one of their neighbors. After finishing up down the street, Window Depot-Cleveland representatives hit the pavement inquiring with fellow residents in the vicinity about their own potential projects. Chelsea was skeptical at first answering the door, however, after noticing the gentleman sporting a ball cap with the Window Depot-Cleveland logo, she recalled being remiss not to see what they were doing in the area. Quickly into the brief conversation on the door stoop, Chelsea invited the agent into the home to take a look at a nagging concern that she and her husband, Adam, long pursued updating. One of the concerns was a slider window in their kitchen; it had a broken seal giving the glass the “permanent fog”. So in an area already small in size, the window was designed and positioned so that it could provide added light into the space. However, with the window being broken, it could not follow through on this intended purpose. The Delestathis’s explored several companies in the area, but kept running into the same issues. Either their project was too small or the window too much of an odd size. Once they were visited by one of Window Depot’s sales experts, it was incredibly refreshing to find out no project was too big or too small, too unique or too risky. The efforts and salesmanship was so thoughtful and professional that Chelsea and Adam chose to tackle another window on the side of the garage that lacked security and functionality! “Since the additional window didn’t affect the true living space of our home, it was awesome being able to explore other models and features. It not only solved our safety concerns, but knowing that a garage window replacement wouldn’t significantly add value into the home itself, it met our needs both financially and aesthetically!”
