Window Depot recently completed a sunroom build out in Olmsted Township, OH, for our new clients, Tim and Lisa O’Connor, they decided they wanted to add some square footage to the existing footprint of their newly built home. The goals were to further enhance the natural sunlight coming into their home, and to also create a warm and cozy space they could enjoy throughout the entire year, no matter the weather! After doing much research, they found a company that was not only able to provide them with the black-on-black units they desired to match the existing aesthetic of the home, but one that was local and committed to providing professionalism with in-house laborers and a Life of the Home Warranty. Tim and Lisa called upon Window Depot-Cleveland and one of the company’s expert project managers soon thereafter, visited the O’Connor home to meet and discuss the overall vision of the sunroom build out in Olmsted Township, OH project. Lisa had imagined a sunroom-style space with entry to the outside patio, that seamlessly blended the home’s architecture and featured large windows that offer both stunning views of the backyard and effortless functionality. Once the project commenced the room started to take shape, Tim and Lisa were pleasantly amazed with the skill and dedication to meticulous craftsmanship displayed by the two-man crew. Throughout the installation phase, the crew and project manager provided transparent communication and were very responsive with any concerns. According to Tim, “the full transparency by the Window Depot crew certainly alleviated any worries and reinforced the confidence we had with choosing their company. It was a true partnership and team effort.” Now that the addition project is complete, Tim and Lisa are in awe of the transformation. The new space adds so much more depth to the home and provides everything they envisioned. The sun illuminates every corner and the design choices are a seamless integration of the past and present; so much that Lisa could hardly wait to outfit the space! Tim and Lisa have adorned the space with cozy furniture and interior plants, creating a perfect nook that the O’Connor’s plan to use sipping coffee in the mornings, reading books in the afternoons, and hosting friends and family each and every season. Tim and Lisa are very proud of their decision to work with Window Depot-Cleveland and are incredibly thankful to the company for helping turn their dream into reality!!!
